Hebert’s (pronounced A Bears), home of the original deboned stuffed poultry, is owned and operated by true Cajuns. Our Cajun market has developed unique seasonings, marinades, stuffing’s, and cooking processes to produce wonderfully delicious products. We provide to our clients true Cajun specialty meats. Whether Beef, turkey, pork or chicken we have something for everyone. We also have all the Cajun Favorites – Gourmet Turducken, Andouille, Etouffee, Crawfish Pie, Boudain Sausage and many more.
Hebert’s starts with a selection of the finest products available. The timely combination of cooking and seasoning creates the authentic Cajun flavor, which until now, was found only in South Louisiana.

We go here regularly to pick up frozen Cajun food ready to heat. Its always delicious and affordable. The lady working in the store is friendly and helpful.

I usually love Hebert's but this time, I can't say the same. Crawfish pie when baked all the filling came out. My Crawfish boudin was regular boudin. It was in bin for Crawfish boudin with no label on the packaging. My Twice Baked potato Deboned Chicken was delicious. I've been a customer since I lived in Lafayette and went to the Maurice sore

Im a local chef. The last FOUR TIMES I called looking for specific cuts, it's "we dont carry that" EVERY TIME. They ARE NOT specialty meats. Don't bother wasting your time
